Legal Fee Coverage

Up to $1,500 of legal fees incurred during the tenant eviction process, including Paralegal, Sheriff and Court fees.

Lease Breakdown Protection

Up to 30 days of lost rent coverage in case tenants break the lease without providing proper notice, to give you sufficient time to find a new tenant.

Damage Protection
